At Fernández Garza Saide, S.C. (hereinafter, “Certus Consultores”) we value and protect your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use and safeguard the personal data you provide through this website (www.certus.mx), in compliance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“LFPDPPP”), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

Fernández Garza Saide, S.C. (the “Controller”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the LFPDPPP.

Through the contact form on this website we collect only the data you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your request for information:

• Email address.
• Company.
• Service of interest (accounting, taxes, legal, payroll or other).
• Any additional information you choose to include in your message.

We do not collect sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data through this website. Should you engage our services and become a client, such information will be collected at a later stage under a separate privacy notice specific to the provision of services.

A. Primary purposes (necessary)

Your personal data will be processed for the following essential purposes:

To operate this website and follow up on your request, we may rely on technology service providers (web hosting, email and contact-management tools) that act as data processors and process your data solely on behalf of the Controller, under confidentiality and security obligations.

5. ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify it when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Cancel it when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes.
• Object to its processing for specific purposes.

To exercise these rights, send your request to contacto@certus.mx, indicating: the data subject’s full name, a means of contact, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and a document proving your identity. We will respond within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP.

6. Revocation of consent

You may revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data at any time, following the same procedure described for ARCO rights. Revocation will not have retroactive effect.

7. Limiting the use or disclosure of your data

You may request to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by emailing contacto@certus.mx.

8. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and obtain usage statistics. You may disable them at any time through your browser settings; however, some site features may not work properly.
